1 - 2 (150g) Zespri® SunGold Organic Kiwifruit, peeled and diced
220g plain organic flour, sifted
2 ½ tsp baking powder
½ cup caster sugar
1/8 tsp salt
¾ cup vegetable oil or rice bran oil
¾ cup organic yoghurt
5 minutes Cooking Time 25 minutes
Zespri® SunGold Organic Kiwifruit and Yoghurt Muffins
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix together flour, baking powder, caster sugar and salt.
- In separate bowl, mix together egg, oil and organic yoghurt. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and add kiwifruit dices. Mix lightly.
- Line muffin tin with baking paper and add mixture. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
